Three Options to meet the unique needs, experience and comfort levels of our clients.
The Lean Option is for the truly experienced property owner. You've likely bought and sold multiple times before and don't need any hand-holding. You're comfortable with email and fax communications. You might even be a real estate investor.
The Listing PLUS Option is our most popular plan by far. In fact it will feel just like a traditional real estate transaction until you get to closing and pay just a fraction of a traditional listing commission.
The Full Service Listing Option is very similar to the Listing PLUS Option, but our commission is based on your final selling price and payable upon closing. And you'll still pay less than the traditional 3% selling commission.
